How to use the calculator
The calculator has three modes built around the most common reasons people order our bottled iced coffee. Pick the mode that fits your situation, adjust the inputs, and the recommendation updates live as you change values.
Choose your mode
Party for events and gatherings. Daily for personal or household consumption over a set period. Yom Tov for Jewish holidays and life-cycle events with built-in assumptions for Shabbos, Shavuos, Bar Mitzvahs, and Sheva Brachot.

How we calculate servings
Our recommendations assume 10 ounces per serving — a standard iced coffee glass filled with ice. For Yom Tov mode, we also factor in how long the meal or event typically runs and how much coffee tends to be consumed over that window. Shavuos, for example, assumes higher consumption than a regular Shabbos because of dairy meals plus the first-night learning tradition.
All our bottled iced coffee is brewed from premium beans and naturally flavored — no added sugars, no preservatives. A single 59oz bottle yields roughly 5-6 servings. The 32oz yields ~3, and the 16oz yields ~1.5.
Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the calculator?
The calculator is built on averages — 10oz per serving, typical event-duration consumption patterns, and our experience with years of catering orders. For most situations, the recommendation is accurate within one bottle. For very large events (100+ guests), we recommend adding a buffer or contacting us directly — we can help plan exact quantities.
Why does the calculator assume more coffee for Shavuos?
Shavuos is traditionally a dairy-heavy holiday, and the first-night learning tradition means people stay up late and drink more coffee than on a regular Shabbos. Our Shavuos calculation factors in both meal coffee and late-night learning coffee, which means it recommends higher quantities than other holidays.
Can I mix and match flavors within one bottle?
Yes. Every bottle is made to order, and you can mix and match up to three flavors per bottle from our 88-flavor menu. Ordering several bottles for a party? Pick different flavor combos for each to give guests variety.
What if I need more coffee than the calculator suggests?
Bump up the cups-per-person slider (in Party mode) or increase the number of people (in Yom Tov mode) — the recommendation will adjust. When in doubt, round up. Our bottled iced coffee keeps well refrigerated, so leftovers are easy to finish over the next few days.
How long does bottled iced coffee last?
Refrigerated and unopened, our bottled iced coffee stays fresh for up to two weeks. Once opened, we recommend finishing within 5-7 days for the best flavor. Since the coffee is unsweetened and made with natural flavoring, it won't spoil quickly — but like all coffee, it tastes best when fresh.
Can I order a custom amount that's not listed?
Our bottles come in fixed sizes — 16oz, 32oz, and 59oz — and those are the three the calculator works with. For bulk orders or catering-size quantities, contact us directly and we can help plan something custom.
